Guidelines for ESR's official blog: Learning and Leading
Earlham School of Religion's official blog, Learning and Leading, is overseen by an ad hoc committee consisting of Mandy Ford and Matt Hisrich. The role of this committee is, among other things, to discern whether materials submitted for publication on Learning and Leading meet the following criteria:
- Be well-written, timely and of general interest to Friends and others with an interest in ESR
- Bear relevance to one or more of the following:
- The ongoing life and work of the Earlham School of Religion
- Theological reflection in conversation with the Friends tradition
- News of and reflection on events and issues within the wider Quaker and ecumenical context
- Be written in a manner that conveys respect to all people and perspectives, even while expressing viewpoints that may be objectionable to some
Submissions that do not meet all of these criteria will not be published on Learning and Leading. The final decision for whether a submission meets these criteria will be made by the blog committee.
